Management Research Trends in Indonesia in The Last Five Years

Study This aim for analyze related literature with study management in Indonesia through approach bibliometrics, use understand trend, focus research, and contributions scientific. Analysis done use PRISM method, which involves four stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. Data is collected from the Scopus database and analyzed for identify keywords main, trends publications, citations, and collaborations between countries. Analysis results show exists four cluster main in study management. Cluster First focuses on implementation management in context COVID-19 pandemic and management self, with the keywords " management", "covid-19", and "self-management". Cluster second highlighting issues sustainability and management waste in Indonesia, with the keywords " Indonesia", "sustainability", and "waste management". Publication trends show enhancement significant in amount study management in 2023, reflects increased interest and attention to field This. Analysis quote identify articles discussing management waste and impact pandemic as the most numerous quoted, with article from Fatimah et al. (2020) as the top. Apart from that, collaboration between countries shows that Malaysia and Australia are partner main Indonesian in study management, emphasized importance collaboration international. Findings This disclose evolution practice management in Indonesia, its importance global cooperation, and contribution significant in literature scientific.
